FLAX CUTTER

The MARUYOSHI FLAX CUTTER is a great hand tool for cutting all fibrous plants, like flax leaves, cabbage tree leaves, toe toe and pampas. It is lightweight made from high-quality Japanese high carbon steel and has a heat-treated blade with a reinforced back bar for added strength and stability.

This flax cutter is not a wood saw, and the serrated blade works best when the tool is pulled back towards the user, using a slicing motion.

Maintenance:
To keep your flax cutter in great working order we suggest you clean off any plant residue with our sap & resin remover and pop it away with a light spray of mineral camellia oil.
